Red Raspberry

It's possibly one of the most iconic fresh summer fruits, and this unnamed summer harvest raspberry produces huge amounts of fruit for us every year. Its grows vigorously, with some canes reaching 8-10 feet in length - the drooping form makes it so that the height of the plant rarely gets above 5 feet. Canes are thick enough to support fruit set without trellising if a heading cut is used to shorten them to your preferred harvest height.

We also harvest leaves from these plants to make a tea that is high in vitamin C and rich with antioxidants, with a flavor that's very close to many commercially available green teas.
